UV Air Sterilizer Our UV air sterilizers are manufactured from state of art technology
for sterilizing the air within the sterilization chamber. It is
extensively used for destroying airborne bacteria, virus and mould
pores. These are widely used in medical sites like Operation Theater,
ICCU, ICU, NICU, Post Operative wards, Trauma Wards, Mortuary along
with small laboratories where bacteria-free air is desired. Moreover,
these are allergic patients suffering from AIDS, TB to protect from
infections. Besides this, these are also used in Dental clinic,
Physicians clinic, Physician clinic to guard against cross infections
from patients. This Ultraviolet Sterilizer can be kept during the
operations. This unit is mounted on wall and can be kept on the table
or at a suitable place. Moreover, we take special precautions for
saving direct radiation.
The TUV lamps have germicidal effect which kills and inactivates
bacteria, viruses and other primitive organisms. For sterilizing and
purifying the air, sterilization chamber is provided having arrangement
to draw the impure air from the top, filter it with duct filter the 15
micron fine filter. After then air is passed through carbon filter
(Optional) and is sterilized it with Ultraviolet Radiation to release
the pure clean air it into the room.
The five step sterilization process involves the following stages:

- Step-III Carbon Filter (Optional)
- Step-IV UV Filter
